The Lonely Mountain Forge offers primarily sport and period-looking SCA plate armour as well as lines of historical armour.

The waiting time for their armour is around 10 months or so, and they have consistently met their deadlines with their customers. In the instances that there is a delay, they have kept their customers well informed. They have consistently delivered their orders at the cost originally quoted, the reasonable pricing being mentioned also.

While satisfaction seems to be higher in their sport armour lines, it has been noted that there is sometimes a lack of attention to detail in some aspects of their other pieces, though their excellent repousse work is excellent. It has also been noted that sometimes the armour is made a little on the large side.

Customers are generally reporting satisfaction, and that they got their money's worth with Lonely Mountain Forge. Customers are impressed with the fair treatment and reliabilty of this armoury. They have earned a good reputation for satisfying customers with their reliability, service, and craftsmanship.
