Crimsonhammer offers period-looking SCA sport plate armour, as well as
custom and historical work.
There is no current information available on the delivery time of this armoury, but reports indicate consistent missed delivery dates, in some cases extreme. The armourer is currently working on clearing out his backlog and as a result is not taking new orders at this time.
Reviews have been very good regarding the quality of the armour received when armour is indeed received, noting good lines, solid construction, and attractive appearance. There has been favorable commentary about the price and value of the armour ordered.
Customer service has been a mixed bag. Some report total happiness with the service they received, such as on-time delivery and always being able to contact the armourer, while some others claim that orders were never delivered and refunds never given at the time of their writing. They also claim to have been unable to contact the armourer about these matters.
Crimsonhammer receives an good review on their quality from those who have received their product, but the reports of questionable service must be taken into consideration when dealing with this armoury. There are two sides to every story, and discerning the truth can be hard to do when both the customers and the armourer are pointing the finger at the other. It is our hope that these disputes can be resolved and the armourer's name cleared.
