Delivery time for custom plate armour is currently about 18 months, while lesser wait times are available for many of the sport armour items. Christian Fletcher has instituted a new payment and delivery policy aimed at amending this issue, which includes not scheduling a completed delivery time. All orders have been
delivered, even when delayed a few months. Even with delays due to time taken in development of custom pieces, they have delivered the products at
the cost originally quoted.
